AI Transformation & Technology Consultant

Turn AI, automation and technology into practical business advantage.

I help businesses identify where AI, automation and technology can create meaningful impact — then design the strategy, systems and roadmap to make it happen.

01Perspective

AI is easy to talk about.

Making it useful is harder.

Most organizations do not have an AI problem. They have an operations problem, a systems problem or a decision problem — and AI may or may not be part of the answer.

The questions that actually matter

  • What should actually be automated?
  • What should stay the way it is?
  • Should you buy, build or integrate?
  • Which investment should come first?
  • Where is employee time genuinely being wasted?

Answering those well is the work. The tools come afterwards.

02Who I help

Three kinds of organizations,
one recurring situation.

Growth has outpaced the systems underneath it.

Healthcare

Hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, health-tech companies and doctor-led organizations — growing fast, but still fragmented and people-dependent.

Not clinical consulting. Operations, technology, AI and systems.

Growing Businesses & SMEs

Established businesses of roughly 10–500 people, where real work still runs on Excel, WhatsApp and repetitive staff effort across disconnected software.

Retail, distribution, manufacturing, education, logistics, services.

Founders & Leadership Teams

Founders with customers, vendors or a development team — but nobody senior to judge architecture, AI strategy, stack and spend.

Senior technology judgement, without a full-time CTO on payroll.

03Problems I solve

If one of these is your business,
it’s usually a short conversation.

  1. “We know AI matters, but don’t know where to start.”

Practical opportunities, ordered into a roadmap.

  2. “Staff spend too much time on repetitive work.”

    Which workflows are worth automating.

  3. “Our software systems don’t talk to each other.”

Integration strategy across CRM, ERP, WhatsApp and payments.

  4. “Operations depend on individual employees.”

Undocumented work turned into processes you own.

  5. “Management has no real-time visibility.”

Dashboards and reporting that match how you actually run.

  6. “We want AI, but what makes financial sense?”

Hype separated from real value, before budget is committed.

  7. “Leads keep falling through the cracks.”

CRM workflows, follow-ups and customer journeys.

  8. “We need custom software, but designed how?”

Requirements, architecture and stack, before money is spent.

  9. “We have developers, but nobody senior guiding them.”

A senior voice between management and the developers.

  10. “We have data, but aren’t using it.”

Data and analytics turned into better decisions.

04Services

Three engagements,
designed to run in sequence.

Most clients begin with an audit and continue only once the value is obvious.

  1. 01 Diagnose Opportunity Audit
  2. 02 Plan Transformation Roadmap
  3. 03 Advise Fractional Advisor

01Diagnose

Fixed scope Scope and fee are agreed on the Strategy Call, once I understand what you are actually solving.

Enquire about the Audit

AI & Automation Opportunity Audit

Find where AI and automation can create the highest business impact — before investing in technology.

A structured pre-assessment, a 60–90 minute discovery session with founders and key stakeholders, then analysis of opportunities across AI, automation, software, integrations and reporting.

What you receive
  • AI & Automation Opportunity Report (approx. 8–15 pages)
  • Current situation, key operational bottlenecks and technology gaps
  • AI and automation opportunities, with an impact vs effort matrix
  • Quick wins, medium-term and longer-term opportunities
  • 30–45 minute presentation of findings and recommended next steps

Timeline: 3–5 business days after the discovery meeting.

02Plan

Fixed scope Scope and fee are agreed on the Strategy Call, once I understand what you are actually solving.

Enquire about the Roadmap

AI Transformation Roadmap

A detailed blueprint for transforming business operations using AI, automation and technology.

Substantially deeper than an audit: business and technology assessment, current-state to future-state workflow mapping, and every major opportunity prioritized by impact, difficulty, cost, risk and potential ROI.

What you receive
  • AI Transformation Roadmap (approx. 20–40+ pages)
  • Current-state assessment and existing technology landscape
  • Recommended architecture, integration and data requirements
  • Build vs buy recommendations and recommended platforms
  • Quick wins, 30-day plan, 90-day plan, 6–12 month roadmap
  • Risks, dependencies, team requirements and success metrics
  • 2–4 stakeholder sessions and a final executive presentation

Timeline: approx. 7–14 business days for a typical SME. Covers consulting, assessment, strategy and architecture — implementation is scoped separately.

03Advise

Fixed scope Scope and fee are agreed on the Strategy Call, once I understand what you are actually solving.

Enquire about Advisory

Fractional AI & Technology Advisor

Senior AI and technology leadership for businesses that don’t need — or aren’t ready for — a full-time CTO.

For organizations with developers, agencies or multiple vendors who need management-level technology decisions: AI strategy, architecture review, vendor evaluation and development oversight.

What you receive
  • Up to 10 advisory hours per month
  • 2 scheduled strategy meetings per month
  • Reasonable asynchronous advisory support
  • Architecture, document, vendor and proposal reviews
  • Technology decision support and a monthly priority review

Deeper engagements — weekly leadership meetings, team supervision, vendor management — are quoted on scope. Advisory does not include unlimited development work; implementation is separate.

Implementation is scoped as a separate engagement — delivered by your internal team, your existing vendor or specialist partners, with architecture and quality oversight from me.

05Primary specialization

Healthcare AI &
Technology Transformation

Healthcare organizations grow faster than their systems do. Appointments, patient communication, follow-ups, documentation and reporting end up held together by people and messaging apps.

My work sits on the operations and technology side of that problem — not the clinical side.

Where I typically work

  • Patient communication
  • Front desk & appointments
  • Follow-ups & CRM
  • AI-assisted workflows
  • Documentation
  • Analytics & dashboards
  • Healthcare education technology
  • Cloud, architecture & integrations

Hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, healthcare startups, medical education businesses, health-tech companies and multi-location groups.

06How I work

A business saying “we need AI”
should not receive a software proposal.

Every engagement follows the same sequence. It is what keeps the eventual decision defensible.

  1. 01

    Understand

The business, the operation and what leadership is trying to change.

  2. 02

    Diagnose

Where the bottlenecks actually sit, not where they are assumed to be.

  3. 03

    Prioritize

What is worth fixing first — and what to leave alone.

  4. 04

    Architect

How it should be built: systems, data, integrations, build vs buy.

  5. 05

    Implement

Delivery by your team or partners, under architecture oversight.

  6. 06

    Measure

Whether the intended outcome occurred — and what changes next.

07A principle

Sometimes the best AI recommendation
is not to use AI.

Sometimes the right answer is simply

  • Better process design
  • Automation
  • Integration
  • Software
  • Better data
  • Dashboards
  • Reduced complexity

My role is not to sell you more technology.
My role is to help you make better technology decisions.

10About

I spent twelve years inside technology decisions before advising on them.

My background is engineering, and more than twelve years across artificial intelligence, data science, product, automation and cloud — including CTO and technology leadership responsibility for the systems, teams and architecture behind them.

What I do now sits between the two: understanding a business well enough to know where technology genuinely helps, and understanding technology well enough to know what it will really cost, break or require.

More about me

That experience covers building and managing technology across healthcare education, AI, SaaS products, workflow automation, mobile and web applications, cloud infrastructure, analytics and business digitization — enough to know how differently a plan behaves once it meets an actual operation.

From simplifying operations and eliminating repetitive work to designing scalable systems, the work is helping leaders make better technology decisions without getting lost in the hype. What I’m really selling is diagnosis, prioritization, architecture, transformation and oversight — not tools.
