What this site offers

The site lets you apply for a Strategy Call — a scheduled conversation about AI, automation or a technology decision in your business. Applying is not a guarantee of a call. I read every application and decline the ones where a call would not be useful, which is the point of asking.

The application fee

A ₹999 fee is payable to submit an application. It is refundable under the refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Payment is processed by Razorpay; card and banking details are handled by them and never stored on this site.

You have 48 hours after paying to submit the application form.

What a Strategy Call is and is not

A Strategy Call is a discussion. It is not a delivered consulting engagement, an audit, a written deliverable, or a commitment by either side to work together. Any engagement that follows is agreed separately in writing, with its own scope and fees.

Nothing said on a Strategy Call is legal, financial, medical or regulatory advice, and no outcome, saving, revenue figure or timeline is promised. Decisions you take in your business remain yours.

What I ask of you

• Give accurate information in your application. It is what I use to decide.
• Turn up to a call you booked, or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Do not use this site to submit unlawful, misleading or automated submissions.

Confidentiality

What you tell me in an application or on a call is treated as confidential and is not shared, sold or published. If a formal non-disclosure agreement matters to you, say so and we will sign one before we speak.

Cancellation by me

I may decline any application, and may cancel or reschedule a booked call. If I cancel and we cannot find another time, your fee is refunded in full.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, my liability in connection with this site and a Strategy Call is limited to the amount you paid — that is, the ₹999 application fee.

Changes

These terms may change. The version shown here at the time you pay is the one that applies to your application.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction.
