Healthcare
Hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, health-tech companies and doctor-led organizations — growing fast, but still fragmented and people-dependent.
Not clinical consulting. Operations, technology, AI and systems.
AI Transformation & Technology Consultant
I help businesses identify where AI, automation and technology can create meaningful impact — then design the strategy, systems and roadmap to make it happen.
20–30 minute conversation. No generic AI pitch.
01Perspective
Making it useful is harder.
Most organizations do not have an AI problem. They have an operations problem, a systems problem or a decision problem — and AI may or may not be part of the answer.
The questions that actually matter
Answering those well is the work. The tools come afterwards.
02Who I help
Growth has outpaced the systems underneath it.
Hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, health-tech companies and doctor-led organizations — growing fast, but still fragmented and people-dependent.
Not clinical consulting. Operations, technology, AI and systems.
Established businesses of roughly 10–500 people, where real work still runs on Excel, WhatsApp and repetitive staff effort across disconnected software.
Retail, distribution, manufacturing, education, logistics, services.
Founders with customers, vendors or a development team — but nobody senior to judge architecture, AI strategy, stack and spend.
Senior technology judgement, without a full-time CTO on payroll.
03Problems I solve
Practical opportunities, ordered into a roadmap.
Which workflows are worth automating.
Integration strategy across CRM, ERP, WhatsApp and payments.
Undocumented work turned into processes you own.
Dashboards and reporting that match how you actually run.
Hype separated from real value, before budget is committed.
CRM workflows, follow-ups and customer journeys.
Requirements, architecture and stack, before money is spent.
A senior voice between management and the developers.
Data and analytics turned into better decisions.
04Services
Most clients begin with an audit and continue only once the value is obvious.
01Diagnose
Fixed scope Scope and fee are agreed on the Strategy Call, once I understand what you are actually solving.
Enquire about the AuditFind where AI and automation can create the highest business impact — before investing in technology.
A structured pre-assessment, a 60–90 minute discovery session with founders and key stakeholders, then analysis of opportunities across AI, automation, software, integrations and reporting.
Timeline: 3–5 business days after the discovery meeting.
02Plan
Fixed scope Scope and fee are agreed on the Strategy Call, once I understand what you are actually solving.
Enquire about the RoadmapA detailed blueprint for transforming business operations using AI, automation and technology.
Substantially deeper than an audit: business and technology assessment, current-state to future-state workflow mapping, and every major opportunity prioritized by impact, difficulty, cost, risk and potential ROI.
Timeline: approx. 7–14 business days for a typical SME. Covers consulting, assessment, strategy and architecture — implementation is scoped separately.
03Advise
Fixed scope Scope and fee are agreed on the Strategy Call, once I understand what you are actually solving.
Enquire about AdvisorySenior AI and technology leadership for businesses that don’t need — or aren’t ready for — a full-time CTO.
For organizations with developers, agencies or multiple vendors who need management-level technology decisions: AI strategy, architecture review, vendor evaluation and development oversight.
Deeper engagements — weekly leadership meetings, team supervision, vendor management — are quoted on scope. Advisory does not include unlimited development work; implementation is separate.
Implementation is scoped as a separate engagement — delivered by your internal team, your existing vendor or specialist partners, with architecture and quality oversight from me.
05Primary specialization
Healthcare organizations grow faster than their systems do. Appointments, patient communication, follow-ups, documentation and reporting end up held together by people and messaging apps.
My work sits on the operations and technology side of that problem — not the clinical side.
Discuss a healthcare engagementWhere I typically work
Hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, healthcare startups, medical education businesses, health-tech companies and multi-location groups.
06How I work
Every engagement follows the same sequence. It is what keeps the eventual decision defensible.
The business, the operation and what leadership is trying to change.
Where the bottlenecks actually sit, not where they are assumed to be.
What is worth fixing first — and what to leave alone.
How it should be built: systems, data, integrations, build vs buy.
Delivery by your team or partners, under architecture oversight.
Whether the intended outcome occurred — and what changes next.
07A principle
Sometimes the best AI recommendation
is not to use AI.
Sometimes the right answer is simply
My role is not to sell you more technology.
My role is to help you make better technology decisions.
08Experience
CTO and technology leadership across healthcare education, AI, SaaS products, workflow automation, cloud infrastructure and business digitization.
AI strategy, data science, AI-assisted workflows, decision support.
SaaS products, mobile and web platforms, product planning.
Workflow automation, APIs, CRM and ERP integration.
Cloud infrastructure, system architecture, scalability.
Digitization, operations technology, management visibility.

10About
My background is engineering, and more than twelve years across artificial intelligence, data science, product, automation and cloud — including CTO and technology leadership responsibility for the systems, teams and architecture behind them.
What I do now sits between the two: understanding a business well enough to know where technology genuinely helps, and understanding technology well enough to know what it will really cost, break or require.
That experience covers building and managing technology across healthcare education, AI, SaaS products, workflow automation, mobile and web applications, cloud infrastructure, analytics and business digitization — enough to know how differently a plan behaves once it meets an actual operation.
From simplifying operations and eliminating repetitive work to designing scalable systems, the work is helping leaders make better technology decisions without getting lost in the hype. What I’m really selling is diagnosis, prioritization, architecture, transformation and oversight — not tools.
You don’t need to know which AI model, platform or tool you require. Bring the problem — we’ll work out whether technology is the right answer at all.
20–30 minutes, no charge.
No generic AI pitch.
A few lines about the problem is enough to start.
